Donut towers

The Party Centerpiece, Stacked

A donut tower is what happens when a birthday outgrows a single box: tiers of decorated donuts doing the job of a cake, a dessert table, and a conversation starter at once. We deliver the fresh, decorated raw material — here’s how to plan, order, and stack one.

  • ✓ Up to five boxes per order
  • ✓ 3+ boxes personally confirmed
  • ✓ One $7.95 delivery fee

Tower Math by Guest Count

Plan about 1.5 donuts per adult — the tower makes people brave.

Online orders cap at 5 boxes; anything above 3 gets a personal confirmation call before the bakery starts. Bigger event? Talk to us and we’ll plan it properly. One delivery fee ($7.95) covers the whole stack.

From Checkout to Centerpiece

1

Order the boxes in one go

Same checkout, quantity set to your tier plan, one address, one window. Put “donut tower” in the notes so the bakery packs with stacking in mind.

2

We confirm the big ones

Three boxes or more and a human calls to check the details — venue, timing, and anything the bakery should know. It’s a feature, not a delay.

3

Stack it in five minutes

Boxes arrive tiered and party-ready. A cake stand, a tiered tray, or three sturdy plates and gravity: our tower ideas page shows layouts that work.

What We Do and Don’t Do (Yet)

  • We deliver; you (or the venue) stack. Assembly takes minutes and the photos are better when the guest of honor places the top donut anyway.
  • Stands aren’t included. Most people use a cake stand they own or a $15 tiered tray. The ideas page has options from free to fancy.
  • Freshness scales. Whether it’s one box or five, everything is baked that morning by the same local bakery — no day-old donuts hiding in tier three.

Tower Questions

Do you assemble the tower on site?

Not yet — we deliver the boxes fresh and tiered-ready, and assembly genuinely takes about five minutes. Setup service is on our list; telling you we offer it today would be a lie, and we don’t do those.

How many donuts do I need for a wedding-sized crowd?

Online orders top out at five boxes — up to 120 donuts if they’re all Office Boxes. For more than that, contact us ahead of time; with notice, our bakery partners can go well beyond the online cap.

Do I pay delivery per box?

No — one $7.95 fee per delivery, whether it’s one box or five going to the same address and window.

How far in advance should I order a tower?

At least 48 hours for 3+ boxes, since we confirm those personally. A week out is the comfortable zone for party orders.

Can the tower spell a name or an age?

Combine ideas: a tower with a number layout on the top tier, or letter donuts ringing the base. Note it at checkout and we’ll confirm with the bakery.
