The service
BirthdayDonuts.com arranges preparation and local delivery of decorated donut gift boxes within our published U.S. metro delivery areas (see the delivery area page). Boxes are prepared by independent local bakery partners and delivered by local couriers coordinated by us.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, complete delivery address and a reachable recipient phone number. Incorrect addresses can delay delivery and may incur a redelivery fee.
- By placing an order you confirm we may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery. If you choose an anonymous gift, we won’t reveal your identity, but we may need to reveal that a delivery is coming if access requires it.
- Communicate allergies and dietary restrictions in the order notes. See the Allergy Disclaimer.
Availability and substitutions
- Service is limited to supported ZIP codes and available dates shown before payment.
- Donut assortments vary daily. We may substitute items of equal or greater quality; material substitutions are communicated to you first.
- Delivery windows are targets. Traffic and building access can shift a delivery; we keep you informed and apply the refund policy where we miss a promise.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on their secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed for preparation only after payment succeeds.
Cancellations
Free cancellation and changes until 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Inside 48 hours, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
