Is there a minimum number of employees?
Pilots start at around 10 birthdays per year. If you’re smaller, talk to us — we’re flexible during the pilot.
How does invoicing work?
One consolidated monthly invoice covering all deliveries — no per-order receipts to chase.
Can you deliver to remote employees?
Yes, anywhere inside our delivery areas — currently 8 U.S. metros. For employees outside them, we’ll flag them and suggest alternatives.
What format should the birthday calendar be?
Anything — a spreadsheet, a CSV export from your HR tool, even a shared doc. We handle the rest. We only ask for what’s operationally necessary (name, date, delivery location), and we’ll explain exactly how employee information is used and retained.
Can boxes carry our branding?
Your company message is included on every card. Branded box options are being piloted — ask us.
How do changes and cancellations work?
Email or text your dedicated contact up to 48 hours before a delivery. No penalties during the pilot.
How do you handle allergies?
Flag allergies in your calendar and we’ll note them per recipient. Our bakery partners handle common allergens, so we can’t guarantee allergen-free boxes.
