Which parts of the metroplex are live?
Downtown Dallas, Uptown/Oak Lawn, the Park Cities and North Dallas, Lakewood/East Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving/Las Colinas, and Downtown Fort Worth. Arlington, McKinney, west Fort Worth, Grapevine/Southlake, and Denton are queued next.
Is Arlington really not covered yet?
Not yet — mid-cities coverage is on the expansion list, and Arlington ZIP checks are one of the loudest votes we get. Join the waitlist and you’ll know the day it flips.
Can I get donuts to an office in Las Colinas?
Yes — Las Colinas office parks are regular stops. Include the building and suite, pick the morning window, and the front desk handles the rest with us.
What’s the next-day cutoff for Dallas?
6pm Central, Monday through Saturday. Same for Fort Worth — one metroplex, one rule.
Were you really Dallas-first?
