Employee birthdays
Every company has a birthday system, and it’s usually a person — one kind soul with a calendar, a collection envelope, and mounting resentment. This program replaces the labor and keeps the warmth: a box on the day itself for every teammate, wherever they work.
Names, month-and-day birthdays (no birth years — nobody’s age is our business), and a home or office address each. Our free template is the exact format.
Before each month starts, you get the list of upcoming deliveries. Someone left? Strike them. New hire? One row. Thirty seconds of oversight, once a month.
Each teammate’s box arrives on their day — office tray or home delivery, their name in the message. You see confirmations; finance sees one invoice.
Same budget, same box quality, same day-of delivery for everyone on the list — intern to VP. Birthday programs collapse the moment they become tiered. Ours can’t be.
Start With Next Month’s BirthdaysHome-delivered individual boxes start at $44 per recipient; office trays from $69 per birthday. A 20-person team averages roughly two birthdays a month — most companies budget less for this than for one team lunch.
We flag them the day you share the calendar — you’ll know exactly who’s covered before committing. We’d rather lose the line item than have someone’s birthday silently skipped.
It’s opt-in by design. Anyone can decline or leave the list at any time, and we only ever need month and day. The template includes a consent column for exactly this.
Strike them from the monthly preview and nothing ships. That preview step exists precisely so no ex-employee ever gets a cheerful box from a company they just left.
Any month. The program starts with whoever has the next birthday — there’s no annual cycle, no setup fee, and no reason January gets to be special.
Share the calendar this week and next month’s birthdays are already handled.
